Questa pagina\/documento \u00e8 riferita ai termini e le condizioni di utilizzo del nostro sito, dei nostri servizi di assistenza tecnica e di corsi. In questo documento \u201cDron-e\u201d, \u201cnoi\u201d e \u201cnostro\u201d si riferiscono a easy city srls<\/strong>. “Tu”, “tuo” e “visitatore” si riferiscono a te come cliente.<\/p>\r\n

L’utilizzo del nostro sito web,, l’acquisto di prodotti\/servizi, la sottoscrizione dei nostri moduli di assistenza, di iscrizione ai corsi e delle nostre offerte\/preventivi,\u00a0 implica l’accettazione dei seguenti Termini e condizioni.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Ti consigliamo di leggere con attenzione questo regolamento, in quanto particolari categorie merceologiche sono soggette a regolamentazioni di garanzia speciali.<\/p>\r\n

1. Vendita<\/h3>\r\n

L’azienda DRON-E vende software, droni e sistemi IT nuovi e originali, forniti con la relativa documentazione di garanzia e manuale d’uso. L’azienda DRON-E si impegna a fornire prodotti di alta qualit\u00e0 e a rispettare la legge sulla tutela dei consumatori.<\/p>\r\n

Tutti gli articoli da noi commercializzati sono coperti da regolare garanzia di un anno* del produttore\/importatore. Per avvalersi di questa, \u00e8 necessario conservare la nostra fattura di vendita e registrare il prodotto** acquistato tramite i nostri canali ufficiali di vendita.<\/p>\r\n

Il Cliente avr\u00e0 diritto alla sola sostituzione dei Prodotti difettosi dietro restituzione degli stessi, essendo escluso il diritto del Cliente al risarcimento di qualsivoglia danno, anche ulteriore. Le spese di spedizione necessarie per la sostituzione di Prodotti sono a carico del cliente.<\/p>\r\n

L\u2019assistenza tecnica e gli interventi in garanzia sui Prodotti vengono effettuati, ove previsti, a cura dei singoli produttori, secondo i termini e le modalit\u00e0 riportati nella documentazione allegata ai prodotti stessi. In particolare, easy city srls. non presta alcuna garanzia circa la compatibilit\u00e0 dei prodotti con altri prodotti o apparecchiature utilizzate dal cliente, n\u00e9 presta alcuna garanzia riguardo l\u2019idoneit\u00e0 dei prodotti per l\u2019uso specifico pensato dal Cliente.<\/p>\r\n

Fatte salve le ipotesi di dolo o colpa grave della easy city srls, \u00e8 sin d\u2019ora convenuto che, qualora fosse accertata la responsabilit\u00e0 della easy city srls, a qualsiasi titolo nei confronti del Cliente \u2013 ivi compreso il caso dell\u2019inadempimento, totale o parziale, agli obblighi assunti da l\u2019esercente nei confronti del Cliente per effetto dell\u2019esecuzione di un ordine \u2013 la responsabilit\u00e0 della easy city srls non potr\u00e0 essere superiore al prezzo dei prodotti acquistati dal Cliente e per i quali sia sorta la contestazione.<\/p>\r\n

Nel caso il prodotto da sostituire non sia pi\u00f9 disponibile, verr\u00e0 effettuato a scelta del cliente un rimborso in denaro od in altri prodotti di pari importo ad esclusione delle spese di trasporto che sono a completo carico dell\u2019acquirente.<\/p>\r\n

Tutti i prodotti venduti sul sito www.dron-e.it recepiscono la DIRETTIVA R. & T.T.E.\u00a0\u00a01999\/5\/CE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 269\/01<\/p>\r\n

Relativamente ai droni, DJI garantisce che ogni prodotto che si acquista \u00e8 privo di difetti nei materiali e nella lavorazione in condizioni di utilizzo normale durante il periodo di garanzia. Il periodo di garanzia per un prodotto DJI inizia al ricevimento del prodotto. I periodi di garanzia sono quelli specificati nel paragrafo della \u201cdurata garanzia\u201d. NON vengono coperti dalla garanzia tutti i danni causati dal cliente o da negligenza nell\u2019uso del prodotto.<\/p>\r\n

Il reso si applica entro 14 giorni dall\u2019acquisto esclusivamente per i prodotti con sigillo di garanzia non aperto. Verificare le regole e gli scoperti del reso nell\u2019apposito paragrafo.
I prodotti soggetti a DJI care o DJI refresh verranno sostituiti previo controllo del centro europeo in circa 15 giorni lavorativi.<\/p>\r\n

L\u2019assistenza non in garanzia ha un costo di \u20ac 50,00 i.e. ad ora pi\u00f9 le parti necessarie per la riparazione. Il cliente ricever\u00e0 un preventivo ed avr\u00e0 la facolt\u00e0 di non accettarlo. In questo caso gli saranno addebitati \u20ac 39,00 i.e. di gestione della pratica. Questo \u00e8 un estratto del regolamento generale che potrete trovare in lingua originale nella pagina DJI ufficiale \u201cdji.com\/service\/policy\u201d.<\/p>\r\n

Acquistando un prodotto o servizio DJI si accettano in automatico le condizioni di vendita indicate nella pagina ufficiale del produttore.<\/p>\r\n

Policy di commercializzazione dei prodotti su territorio Italiano<\/h3>\r\n

Acquistando il prodotto si acconsente che tutti i prodotti a marchio DJI acquistati dalla easy city srls, incluso il software \/ la tecnologia dell\u2019articolo, saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per fini civili e non verranno utilizzati o esportati allo scopo di sviluppare o fabbricare armi di distruzione di massa, come armi nucleari, armi biologiche, armi chimiche, missili e armi convenzionali.<\/p>\r\n

Garanzia droni e normativa<\/h4>\r\n

Si precisa che qualsiasi drone venga inviato in assistenza danneggiato, lo stesso verr\u00e0 considerato a prescindere dai fattori temporali di acquisto e dalla causa del danneggiamento, come NON COPERTO DA GARANZIA.<\/p>\r\n

Si precisa altres\u00ec che per far valere qualsiasi tipo di garanzia il proprietario amatoriale dovr\u00e0 aver rispettato tutte le leggi vigenti in materia ed il proprietario professionale dovr\u00e0 presentare copia delle autorizzazioni in possesso che gli permettevano il volo del drone di cui \u00e8 proprietario.<\/p>\r\n

Tutela dell\u2019ambiente<\/h4>\r\n

La nostra societ\u00e0 \u00e8 molto attenta alla tutela dell\u2019ambiente. Tutti i nostri prodotti sono a basso impatto di inquinamento.<\/p>\r\n

Vi ricordiamo che le batterie devono essere gettate in appositi contenitori di raccolta. Se nella vostra zona non fossero presenti potete rispedire le batterie al nostro indirizzo e provvederemo noi allo smaltimento tramite una nostra societ\u00e0 incaricata.<\/p>\r\n

Certificazione CE<\/h4>\r\n

Tutti gli articoli venduti dalla societ\u00e0 easy city srls hanno relativa certificazione CE. Per gli articoli importati di cui noi siamo distributori siamo in possesso della documentazione che attesta la relativa certificazione. La stessa documentazione pu\u00f2 essere messa a disposizione del cliente dopo l\u2019acquisto che ne pu\u00f2 fare richiesta a mezzo raccomandata a\/r da inviare presso la nostra sede legale. Ogni esportatore che ci fornisce la documentazione \u00e8 responsabile a livello civile e penale per la documentazione a noi consegnata e NON sar\u00e0 di nostra competenza controllare la stessa.<\/p>\r\n

Easy City srls comunica in attuazione a quanto disposto dal Codice del Consumo D.Lgs. 205\/2006 aggiornato al 13 giugno 2014 il proprio impegno ad adeguare in lingua italiana tutte le indicazioni contenute nei prodotti posti in vendita, successivamente all\u2019entrata in vigore della normativa citata, nel proprio esercizio commerciale.<\/p>\r\n

Le parti acquistate dalla nostra ditta precedentemente all\u2019entrata in vigore del suddetto articolo non hanno garanzia di avere documentazione in italiano.<\/p>\r\n

Si fa comunque presente che la maggior parte delle indicazioni contenute nelle etichette poste sui prodotti commercializzati in questo esercizio commerciale recano espressioni tecniche di uso comune e che anche se non rese in lingua italiana non violano le disposizioni della nuova normativa, secondo quanto disposto dall\u2019art. 9, comma 3 del Codice del Consumo.<\/p>\r\n

Per il sito e-commerce tutte le descrizioni delle parti sono state accuratamente tradotte in lingua italiana. L\u2019acquirente del sito ha quindi la possibilit\u00e0 di leggere tutte le note specifiche tecniche e di garanzia direttamente nella descrizione del prodotto prima dell\u2019acquisto.<\/p>\r\n

*Garanzie speciali: trasmettitori video<\/h4>\r\n

Tutti i trasmettitori video vengono testati e calibrati prima della spedizione come segnalato da apposito sigillo del controllo di qualit\u00e0 sulla confezione.<\/p>\r\n

Visto che i trasmettitori possono essere facilmente danneggiati con la connessione a polarit\u00e0 errate, voltaggi errati o connessioni errate, quest\u2019ultimi NON sono soggetti a nessun tipo di garanzia.<\/p>\r\n

Acquistando questi tipi di prodotti quindi non si potr\u00e0 avere nessun tipo di supporto n\u00e9 di garanzia.<\/p>\r\n

Si precisa che tutti i trasmettitori video venduti sono esclusivamente per applicazioni sperimentali di FPV ed UAV nei paesi dove ne \u00e8 consentito l\u2019utilizzo.<\/p>\r\n

Si consiglia l\u2019installazione in un posto ventilato in quanto a causa delle alte temperature il trasmettitore potrebbe facilmente danneggiarsi.<\/p>\r\n

Si sottolinea che tali trasmettitori non sono idonei per applicazioni di video sorveglianza od attivit\u00e0 similari\u00a0\u00a0in quanto non si garantisce il funzionamento per pi\u00f9 di 20 minuti continuativi.<\/p>\r\n

In voli FPV ed UAV nei paesi dove sia consentito suggeriamo di non superare mai il tempo di funzionamento massimo indicato e di far successivamente raffreddare il trasmettitore prima di un altro volo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Ogni prodotto \u00e8 corredato di manuale con specifiche tecniche e relative istruzioni di funzionamento. Nella maggior parte dei prodotti viene indicato il link dove scaricare il manuale che potr\u00e0 essere in Italiano o lingua originale e scaricato dal sito del produttore. Per il rispetto dell\u2019ambiente pi\u00f9 del 90% dei manuali sul nostro sito vengono distribuiti ed aggiornati in formato elettronico.<\/p>\r\n

Si fa presente che i manuali a rispetto delle normative europee potrebbero essere pubblicati in sola lingua Inglese. Nel caso non riusciate ad interpretare bene le istruzioni siete pregati di contattarci prima di metterlo in funzionamento.<\/p>\r\n

2. Assistenza e restituzione<\/h2>\r\n

Tutti i prodotti* acquistati sono coperti da garanzia europea standard.
In caso di malfunzionamenti, siano essi dovuti a difetti di fabbrica o danni accidentali, \u00e8 necessario aprire una pratica di assistenza tramite la pagina dedicata e compilare il modulo di assistenza prima di spedire i prodotti al laboratorio per le verifiche necessarie.<\/p>\r\n

Se il prodotto verr\u00e0 dichiarato in garanzia non dovrete farvi carico di\u00a0nessuna spesa (tranne quella di spedizione al centro assistenza) e riceverete il prodotto riparato o sostituito direttamente al Vostro domicilio a mezzo corriere espresso. L\u2019assistenza in garanzia, a seconda dei casi, potrebbe essere effettuata direttamente presso il produttore, in un centro europeo autorizzato. In questo caso la procedura potrebbe richiedere fino a 40gg lavorativi.<\/p>\r\n

Se il prodotto verr\u00e0 dichiarato fuori garanzia, vi verr\u00e0 inviato il preventivo per il pagamento a fronte della riparazione dello stesso. I prezzi dell\u2019assistenza sono indicati nell\u2019apposita sezione del sito denominata “Assistenza tecnica”.<\/p>\r\n

Il cliente che richiede il servizio di assistenza accetta di pagare il prezzo stabilito per il servizio richiesto. DRON-E si impegna a fornire un preventivo completo e trasparente dei costi di riparazione, inclusi i costi di spedizione, prima di eseguire qualsiasi intervento. Nel caso in cui il cliente decida di non procedere con la riparazione dei prodotti, DRON-E addebiter\u00e0 solo le spese di gestione della pratica, pari a 39,00 \u20ac i.e., che includono la diagnosi effettuata e le spese di spedizione per la restituzione del drone al cliente.<\/p>\r\n
